My 2009 - a summary!

Happy New Year everyone!

Music-wise - 2009 was BIG for me so I wanted to write a quick summary and thank all the people who made it so special

1)I did some BIG Gigs
including:

My single launch at Embassy
Greenbelt Festival

and of course GLASTONBURY!!!!

Same Old Same Old - music video coming soon...

The music video for 'Same Old Same Old' has been completed! Shooting was wrapped up on Friday the 18th of Sept.
Louise was lucky to have the wonderful BBC Radio 1 and 1xtra DJ Ras Kwame appearing in the video along with other special guests.

Additionally the BBC team are going to cover the making of..

Glastonbury 2009 - Louise Golbey performance

Louise played the BBC introducing stage at Glastonbury 2009 on Friday 26th June.

News May 2009

Louise has been performing all over London these past 4 weeks, culminating in two back to back gigs at the Jazz Café (UK Soul Jam) and Shoreditch House (Wired) last weekend.

One of Louise’s future singles ‘Same Old’ was part of both set lists. – Watch out for the track’s release on iTunes over the next few months or get to a gig ASAP if you want to hear the tune feat ‘JQ’ produced by ‘Drew Horley’ early!

Back in February Louise performed with Natalie Williams and the Soul Family during another jam packed Sunday night at Ronnie Scotts! …she’ll be back there very soon. - See gig list below for all diary dates.
